What a concept. Let me understand. You promote stocks but if you find out you did not do your due diligence properly you will ask the shareholders to sue the company. Is that the concept?

In other words you turn it over to yourselves? Has stock justice or pennypicks been involved with anything other than MTEI. I am a bit confused about this.

LH, I for one applaud the fact that after the Penny Pick selection, you pointed out Stock Justice to us. There's no crime here for liking a stock, finding out unfortunate, new info, and then helping to make amends. JMHO.

The idea that suing someone, or a company, is a way to recover losses, shows most on this thread have little concept of the civil court system or how it works. First off you aren't going to be successful at suing a company with no money. That's the first requirement to a successful law suit. The folks your suing have to have money. All this presumes that you have a provable case. Bad judgement in investment choices, usually doesn't go very far.

Money needed to proceed with the case, come out of the "proceeds" if there are any. Most folks will see nothing using this route.
