Hey look, the fraud is up 8% today!

With any luck, the TAVA true believers will be concentrating on moronic lawsuits more than company fundamentals; the price can get hyped back up a few bucks, and I can re-short it!

I can hear it already: "TAVA's going to get lots of income from suing Bill Wexler; it's going to the moon, baby!!"

BUY, BUY, BUY!!!

i think the more appropriate question is how your going to pay your
legal fees?

If it comes to that (and I'll lay 10:1 right now it doesn't), if Wexler has been putting his money at all where his mouth is, he should have no trouble retaining an attorney on the short profits from TAVA alone.

Keep on yapping about the company being an outright fraud

I know how much y'all hate Wexler, but just remember that he has only claimed fraud in how the stock is being promoted. If you can't at least keep that straight you have no business discussing the matter.

"The chit chat was nice, but now they'll make you pay. Legal fees alone will be painful."

True. If TAVA decides to go after Wexler, even if he wins, his legal expenses will eat up everything he made from his short position, but there is an aspect of this that has been overlooked.

If TAVA files suit against Wexler, his identity and that of the people he works for will become part of the public record.

I stand 100% behind my comments about TAVA.

TAVA is a grossly overvalued company with horrendous management and a fraudulent stock promotion scheme. TAVA has pledged 100% of its assets for a minuscule loan from a lender now being sued for fraud.

In the long run, I expect TAVA to trade below 1 a share.

Aye, Eye. In litigation, even the winners come out losers, and the losers don't come out at all. gggg.
