Forest: I will help you out on this WARRANT- OPTION clarification issue so you can make an informed decision.

A warrant entitles the owner to buy a specific number of shares of common stock from the issuing company at a specified price per share during a specified period of time. Warrants are not unlike market created call options, which give to their holders the option to buy common stock from other investors.
