Barb,

You forgot ERGB, currently ERGBE and heading for 0.

My .02 on this whole thing.

Read what john said (AND WHAT JOHN MEANS):

VR: You've got a lot of loyal individual investors who are feeling pretty beat up these last few weeks. Any message for them, John?

JJ: We sincerely appreciate the loyalty of our investors (SUCKERS). Many of your readers were among the first to recognize the value of TAVA and our strategy (OF PUMP AND DUMP) even before the Y2K event. As said above, management believes that the prospects for the company are better than ever.

That said, I would like to address an issue which I believe is of great interest to a number of your readers (SHILLS AND SUCKERS ALIKE). Over the past six to eight weeks our company has received numerous inquiries from its shareholders concerning certain internet chat room postings by a few individuals. (NOTE: DOES NOT SAY WHO THEY ARE...A GREAT WAY TO DO NOTHING, BUT COVER ONES ARSE).

While management fully supports and understands the value of free exchange of information or opinions on the internet or in any other
forum (AS LONG AS WE AGREE WITH THE INFORMATION OR OPINIONS), it appears (KEY WORDS, "IT APPEARS", THEY ARE BEING CAREFUL NOT TO MAKE ANY ACCUSATIONS. ACCUSATIONS THEY CANNOT PROVE AND ARE NOT TRUE) that certain individuals have abused this by mounting a calculated campaign of slander against the Company and management by posting inaccurate and inflammatory statements.

One individual in particular has been posting information that is absolutely false and adding statements that management believes should be prosecuted as libelous (MANAGEMENT BELIEVES??? I THINK MANAGEMENT BELIEVES A LOT OF MISGUIDED B.S. AS THEIR COMPANY PROVES, AS WELL AS THEIR STOCK PRICE).

(THIS IS MY FAVORITE PART) As a result we have taken the decision to pursue all available remedies which include: requesting that select internet providers prohibit identified individuals from publishing libelous statements, per the licensing terms of the chat rooms, filing a complaint with the SEC's Division of Enforcement, and pursuing other direct legal action.

TAKEN THE DECISION TO PURSUE ALL AVAILABLE REMEDIES, OF WHICH, THERE ARE NONE THAT WILL HELP THE STOCK OR HURT ANYONE MORE THAN IT WOULD HURT THEM.

SO, WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO DO?

THEY ARE GOING TO ASK SI TO KILL BILLS ABILITY TO POST AND CRY LIKE A BUNCH OF BABIES TO THE SEC. THE SEC WILL PROMPTLY SAY OK, PUT IT IN A PILE AND GET BACK TO IT IN 30 OR 40 YEARS LIKE THEY DO WITH THE REAL SCAMS.

This is all a bunch of crap. TAVA got a pop and I will reshort tomorrow after closing last week under 5.

Sorry about all the shouting, looks like I picked the wrong day to quit smoking.

Dr.Seuss@what.a.bunch.of.morons

PS My hat is off to Bill for keeping his cool.

Ah come on, Babs, you don't believe that and you know it. You cite three examples, claiming a direct correlation. Then you extrapolate to every other company that takes action to protect its name and its shareholders? Sheeesh. How about the examples where the stock went up? I can't cite any, granted, but then, I don't waste my time tracking such things, either.

If Old Bill is comfortable with his claims that Tava is a fraud, he will have his "day in court," which is appropriate. But his day in court he will have, and something tells me that all his bluster and bravado ain't gonna get him jack. Old Bill has been spreading his weed seed all over SI. Jus' you watch. One company will nail him and then the others will swarm like sharks on red meat. Now wouldn't it be amusing if the name Wexler becomes associated with Internet case law!
