If you were CMI why would you take the chance of pushing your
cost substancially higher than .37.
Especially when you know the games MM's can play.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but that is a misunderstanding. CMI Capital is a "handler" only. The buyout is a group of investors in Europe. CMI Capital of Montreal represents (I'm not sure if this is the correct word to use here) both IDCN and the European investment group. Again, please correct me someone if I'm wrong.

EDIT: Most posts I've read say in effect, CMI is buying IDCN. Not correct IMHO. The European investor group (unnamed) is making the offer.
