Does anybody find it ironic that if the terrorists responsible for the bombings were caught immediately after the bombing and then extradited to the US, there would be months (if not years) of exercising our idea of "due process"; i.e, months of trial preparation, hearings and sentencing?

Yet, since the terrorists were not caught, we seem to have the right,
using evidence that was not put through "due process", to bomb and kill those (possibly) related to the terrorists and (probably) not the
terrorits themselves.

I see a bad moon arising. Look at Northern Ireland. The original reason for the conflict there has long been forgotten. Violence against violence is a slippery slope. And hold on folks, because we're sliding down it now.

It's as old as the Hatfields and the McCoys. A Hatfield one day hurts a McCoy. Then, a McCoy hurts a Hatfield. Then, a friend of the Hatfield is mad that he lost a friend and kills a McCoy. Then a group of friends of the McCoys get together and kill a few Hatfields plus a couple friends of the guy that kill the lat McCoy, etc. etc. The number of people that violence touches grows exponentially as salvos are fired back and forth. Hence, the number of people that hate each other grows exponentially as well.

I read in a previous post that the number of Muslims who are our enemies has now increased from 20% to 80% of the Muslim population. That's a lot of Muslims.

Finally, if we've jumped down the slope because our President can't keep his d--- in his pants and doesn't want to take the heat for it...if I'm not mistaken, I think that's what any rational person would call "evil".

The timing of the attack was hideous. If this had been planned for weeks at least the chemicals supposedly being made in the pill factory should have been discussed in the UN. Reagan made a good case before he bombed Libya.
