My read on the "employee" is this:

- If the individual is truly an ADPT employee, then that person is very low in the organizational hierarchy.
- The individual is probably also a relatively new ADPT employee, with at most 2 or 3 years of experience.
- The individual is also probably worried that he (it probably is a he) will lose his job. He is most likely indicative of the morale at low levels in the organization.
- People such as this individual would not know a viable turnaround plan if it hit them in the face.

I've seen it all before, and it's not a pleasant sight.

Best wishes,

I2

Brian,

Seems to me there is so much negativity piled on the yahoo tread that if any portion of it were really true, shouldn't we have had some analysts or brokerage houses supporting such speculations with their downgrades and such? Either I've missed them all or allot of the garbage (well, that's what I call it) being spread there has been scaring off many small investors who flock too eagerly to the yahoo site.

BTW, I just noticed that the avg. recommendation from Zaks, last updated today on the yahoo site, has gone from 2.6 to 2.3. I don't recall what the broker distribution was before, but there must have been some upgrade somewhere that we may soon hear of.

Maybe that guys post is a scam but some of what he type rang true. The no CEO and no real(publicized) effort to find on. I personally think Boucshey and Adler were someplace else because they wanted to be. This little foray could be a major hassle for them.
Something esle to consider...a lot of the executive options are priced at a $1.** whereas the employee options are priced much higher based on several factors which someone else(or maybe every one else) knows more about than I do. A buyout of $20 a share would probably screw a lot of employees but still be really good for the execs.
Anyway I just plain get the feeling that they would love to sell this company. But that is just opinion, not fact.
