How does one get a copy of the text of the suit? Are civil suits public domain? I tried a web search but came up with nothing. On another note. Also included in the risk section of the limited partnership prospectus was a caveat that one of the trustees of the Cannon bancruptcy had, at that time, requested an inventory of Cannon projects. One of the items on the request list was a project with the titles "Strike on Babylon" or "Babylon" or "Attack on Babylon". the prospectus claims that there never was a Cannon project with any of those titles nor does the MVEE project about the Israeli attack on the Iraqi nuclear site have anything to do with Cannon. The prospectus states that a claim to the contrary could be made. If you haven't already done so, perhaps you could request a copy of the prospectus and give us the benefit of your legal expertise.
