Yeah, I agree. I was with the Florida 500 office, and they were great, just great. I don't know the crew in the Phoenix office as well, and I was transferred from Florida without consultation. The brokers are responsive and helpful, I agree. Nonetheless, I've had it. It invariably takes me too much time to arrive at the conclusion that "it's just not going to happen on-line". By that time, opportunity is gone.
