Nope! My gut feeling is that PRWT is much smarter than that. It was no secret the UDP was a lame duck and an out going party almost two years ago. Surprise housing UDP PR? Pieces falling together yet?

So what do you figure, PRWT is just going to withdraw from Belize, or try to start in another country. It then purports to suggest that there are no other connections in Central America. Again assumes false information. We know that Costa Rica is just waiting on the Belize houses to be built to complete their negotiations. We also know that negotiations are taking place in Dominica, the Dominican Republic, Guyana, and we have reason to believe that other central american opportunities are unfolding as we speak ... Finally, it innocently refers to a posting by some unmentioned person that seems to state that Casta Rica is a fallen through thing. I have been reading most of the posts on here, and I do not recall such a conversation ever ... do any of you? What poster said it becides this dufus here? Don't be confused by what this poster calls innocent questions. In the asking is the pre-supposition that other facts are true when they are not. In that is the misdeed of this poster's comments.
