There is no legal precident to support even a remote possibility of that. The case at Bar does not ask for such a thing, and certainly not from MVEE, and therefore cannot get it from MVEE, even IF! So, put such thoughts out of your mind, because they are nothing more than paranoia. It ain't gonna happen that way! The profits of MVEE belong to the shareholders of MVEE. Any damages that might remotely be awarded would come out of Golan's rear, not MVEE's! MVEE IS NOT A PARTY TO THE SUIT! Only a party to the suit can have damages awarded for or against them!
