Maybe by the early part of November. Look at the Pacific basin countries, they are in shambles. What do you think will spark the tech's soon???

It was someone on Louis Rukeysers program, maybe a year ago. It
was in connection with Greenspans idea of lowering max margin
from 50 to 30 percent. There was even talk about 0. Five percent
makes sense to me, as most have their money in funds, who do not
use margin. And the more clever individual does not either. I am
sure the count is available somewhere.
