No need for the heads up Henry. I doubt if anyone on this thread would buy one of Metal's picks at this point. I still think holders will make money on this one. IDCN. It just pisses me off the way these PENNY People operate. I repeat, as far as I can see there is no scam here but we do have a CEO that has no problems playing games here with other peoples money. I would have been more surprised if that was not the case! I was hoping.

OT>>> Incorrect info posted . . . Henry, you wrote:

Be careful with USTI:BB. They have negative book value and have not had a profitable quarter since 92. The rumour of them being acquired at a huge premium is pretty thin stuff. Do a lot of research before you get involved.

If you will look at their last quarter's financial statement filed with the SEC [as all are] you will see that United Systems Technologies have shown a small profit. In 2nd quarter 1998, not 92 as you say.

sec.gov

You really should read the rest of the info on thread, SEC site and company website before passing incorrect judgement calls. This is just the sort of misinformation that short sellers use to manipulate the stock price.

That is an illegal action punishable by Federal law.
I hope that this was not your intention, because it is a very easy thing for the SEC to track. We would not want one of our fellow investors to face any more troubles than they already are with the current market.

CHALLENGE: Find me one other stock that has been in business more than 10 years, sells a product that is in demand, shows a recent profitable quarter and sells for anywhere under a quarter. . . and I'll buy it too.
