Hi Melissa,
I have no idea what the result of this will be..... but I will say that this mysterious psft conference call in the middle of the qtr that is NOT regarding the current qtr or a merger of any kind is the STRANGEST event I can think of recently. Can you think of any other company that has done something like this?

Well, heres hoping its positive.

Michelle

Called a friend who works at PSFT and although she couldn't provide details of telecon, said all employees had received memo from Pres saying today's call would be very upbeat and reassuring to analysts...as to how market will respond, my guess is should give stock price a boost especially, but not only, if analysts revise their earnings upwards - or at the very least reiterate PSFT as a strong buy at these price levels. Nice to see we're up to almost 32 today. If I'm able to get any more info later, I'll pass it along. Markets seem to be coming back from their opening lows today, so this should also provide some momentum for investors who have been sitting on the sidelines unsure as to when to jump in.
