RE: "Personally, I voted my shares and my proxies for the board (only because Saviers is gone and Adler replaced him on the slate; if these weren't true, I'd have voted against), against the share/option issues (let's see some improvement, guys, then we'll talk - why reward the same in both good and terrible times?) and for the auditing firm."

Well, that makes two of us who voted that way.

Thanks very much for the nice summary.

Best wishes,

I2

An excellent report. Greatly appreciate your going to the meeting and your efforts in reporting so comprehensively.

What I read from your report, and please correct me if I'm wrong, is that we should not expect any significant movement in share price for at least two quarters while the management team gets their act together and decides on long term strategies, but that they expect (hope for?) strong growth which should eventually move the share price.

Is this a fair analysis of what you saw there?

thanks again for the report. It was worth waiting for.

Aug. 20 article on what kind of CEO is needed now (ADPT/Saviers are mentioned):

mktnews.nasdaq.com

I found this worth reading, to get some analyst perspective at least.

Jim: Many thanks. Very nice rundown of the meeting. The notes about ATM, FC, and 1394 were especially interesting. I'm not the least bit surprised Boucher made no forward looking announcements (technology or performance) at a meeting generally run as a rubber stamp parliament for the company's admin initiatives. Again, thanks for the great contribution.

Jim, thank you very much for your notes from the stock holders meeting. I had planned to attend the meeting because I had been working in San Jose for the past six weeks but had to go to Denver the week of the meeting. I can't decide if I need to add more to my position now that it is around 10 again or to just hold. Again, thanks for your informative notes from the meeting.
