Do you recommend doing nothing?

Bob

The objective would not be to not sue, but to do so for the benefit of the plaintiffs and not their counsel. Lerach's M.O. is to collect big fees for a settlement that amounts to a pittance. I'm also assuming that our group could negotiate a better fee arrangement than whatever Lerach's firm's standard is. Maybe I'm wrong, but it's not going to hurt to check into it. At the least, it would be nice to make Lerach do some actual work for his money.
