Thanks for this interesting post. I see the share price has been fairly resilient over the past week, and this article will sure help next week.

This article IMO illustrates that the current market penetration is nothing compared with what is possible. Dell is one of the "early adopters" of ObjectStore for e-commerce, and even though this is just a "toe in the water" (they are still retaining Microsoft SQL Server), the company will receive half a million in revenues from it.

I also think this vindicates the strategy of being a leader in XML.

I'm really surprised MSFT hasn't acquired ODIS. Talk about something that would really send the RDBMS' vendors reeling! Objectstore in MSFT hands would be installed in >75% of their customers within 2 years. What a differentiator jewel!
