In shorting the stock why is A.W. taking the orders? He is an investment banker not a broker?

Why is this stock under its 52 week low? Stocks respond to bad and good news. Do you think last week it was the negative Bibyians challenge that caused the down ward trend in this stock not forgetting the whole market made a major fall.

What would be a good index for entertainment stocks?

I am heading up to the Sundance Film festival a view Speed Way Junkie this January. I think once Ist Miracle starts reporting to SEC there might be more stability and confidence with this stock.

suzanne full reporting in december is great, have they been approved by an sec auditor yet? i recently found out before an sec approved auditor accepts you as a client they request financial documents and go through a screening process which takes 30 days or o
please post the name of mvee's sec approved auditor for us,
the only way a company could promise financials by december would be to have already been approved right?

suzanne you wrote^^^^ Alexander Westcott is the company's investment banker, and they raise the money for the limited partnerships. When I reported that someone had posted that Alexander Westcott was shorting the stock, Volk replied that if the firm has customers who want to short the stock, A.W. takes the order.^^^^^^

investment bankers are not just order takers suzanne,
they usually have clients who buy on their advice
seems troublesome that the investment banking firm most familar
with mvee and the minute details of their business plan and lawsuit woes, their own inv. banking firm, has clients shorting this stock. that's not a good sign, imo

Suzanne, thank you for your engagement in investigating MVEEs position!
In my opinion this has been very useful to the thread's respectability and attracted the observation by new potential investors.

There should be a way to find out MVEE's market makers (via the transfer agent?) if Alexander, Wescott is involved in both: this wouldn't be a good sigh to me because it produces interest conflicts.

The process to become a SEC reporting entity takes between 3 to 6 months depending on the quality of the accounting the company acts on before. If the management wants to become a SEC rep com they surely will publish this news and tell us the accounting firm.

Best wishes
