What the heck was I thinking? I totally forgot about the Eagles getting shellacked yesterday. I hope they remain flat as a pancake (and don't flatten Chandler into a pancake) when they visit the Georgia Dome next week. I was a Ray Rhodes fan when he arrived there, but the team seems to get worse each year. What's the deal? I know the drafts have been attrocious since Buddy Ryan left.

My "Saints are underrated" prediction can be thrown out the window with Billy Joe Hobert's season-ending injury.

Robert,
The race for 1999 #1 pick has been won by Al Lerner and Carmen Policy and the Cleveland Browns. There will be fewer rewards for losing this season.

Is it just me (a warped Baltimore Ravens fan) or does this whole Art Modell/Al Lerner thing very wierd and very avoidable if the NFL gave Balto. an expansion team.

Oh well, back to the games. Wonder what that Ravens/Jets line will be?

Laron
