No Chuz. I meant when the grant is given, not when it is exercised. I see no reason to wait until it is exercised. I suppose you could wait until it is vested. This is the point at which it actually becomes a liability to the company. Until it is vested, it may very well revert to the company. I can tell you that from first hand experience :-).
