Marcos, E. Charters was a valuable contributor to SI, in my opinion. I hate to see him receive the death penalty. If the death penalty is going to be administered, I can think of several posters who deserve it more than Mr Charters. IMO, he should be allowed to post again, perhaps after a brief hiatus. If anyone can debate one's way out of the death penalty, Eric can.

Marcos - much as I respect you - I don't think you read Charters comments on this string. At first I asked him if it was satire, but he then got off on a completely wild kick which indicated a state of excited disturbance - IMHO. I frankly wouldn't waste my time - but if you want to defend him take the time to read what he said. E

I agree entirely with your points Marcos. And I find SI's call here for GPM posters to get on topic silly considering how the Clinton thing infected numerous other SI investing threads over the weekend without similar intervention. --Alan
