With all respect, your assertions are comedic. You promised to post documentation of "judgement" from a Sept.10th "arbitration hearing", instead you post blank forms and an internal letter requesting Wellrich pay a past due, or have the results of an "Aug.13th" "arbitration" "suspended".
The letter is meaningless and has no legal ramifications whatsoever, particulary since your claims are about a Sept. 10th "arbitration hearing" and "judgement" against AZNT.
Now you threaten me with possible legal action from Wellrich, when I am only calling you out on your fabricated and malicious claims. Why won't Mr. Jahib defend your contentions?
IMO, you should concern yourself with the ramifications of your bogus contentions on AZNT.

Janice, interesting how bmart went from bellowing "there was NO arbitration" to now harping on the fact we haven't yet posted the judgment. Wonder what he'll say this time between now and the moment we get around to posting the judgment? Should be fun.
