bmart, has the company explained to you the default issue?

I do find it odd, that not one decided to defend themselves and avoid
an immediate TRO against them. This may be the most important piece of information posted today.

All the defendants chose not to be represented nor to appear. Does this not seem strange to other posters on this thread? Seldom do so many parties act in the exact same manner.

With the potential squeeze expense if all information released by the company and comments posted by bmart are true, it would appear very illogical not to defend oneself, but instead allow defeat so easily.

Why has the market responded so negatively to this release which one would think is extremely positive news for AZNT and a squeeze...?

Sir,
I thought we had 3 days from Aug. 28. #reply-5612922
But, then I also thought that the company would inform shareholders of the next phase. #reply-5723258
Now we have 3 days again...or not. Did I miss some PR announcing the next phase?
Seriously confused,
lee

It may take up to three working days for them to be served with the TRO's.

But...according to you, and also according to bgtit, these people were supposed to have been served--you did POST this--about ten days ago.

Really, bmart. This just won't do. Next thing we hear it'll be five working days, then ten, then fifteen...
