E,

I really do appreciate the typing (me, myself pecking away with my forefingers) and the excerpt. It is a familiar, yet to my mind unconvincing, exposition of pure evolutionary theory. I too believe in evolution--though my mind has it picking up where Creation left off. I don't believe the two ( E and C) must be exclusive.

If I get some time tomorrow, I'll post an excerpt from P.D.Ouspensky's "A New Model of the Universe" which specifically rebuts Wright's and the evolutionists' thesis. I think you'll find it stimulating even if you don't agree with him.

Regards,

Rick

E, The probability that a monkey would type the equivalent to the works of Shakespeare is extremely low. The probability the one of his descendants will is extremely high.

E, welcome to the Feelings thread! I loved your little essay about evolution and creationism, and printed it out so that I can look for the book. From time to time people share their entire lists of favorite books, pieces of music, etc. here. What are some of your other favorite books?

It is so nice whenever someone like you pops up full of ideas and the ability to express them, and I am happy to see you here.

Could you explain the phrase "clocks on the beach?"
