Hi Bruce, I've fallen behind on the Idiot Wave and personal histories graphs because I'm attempting to learn how to create the same graphs in Excel as I used to make in Lotus. That's going to take some time.

For now the numbers are going to have to speak to us until the pictures have been recreated.

Best regards, Tom

Hi Bruce, We poached the salmon in a similar fashion to the recipe I gave. Lemon, butter and onion. Here's what I do with the roe:

1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1/2 tsp horseradish
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chives
1 tsp minced onions

Soften the cream cheese by letting it come to room temp. Blend above ingredients and stir into the cream cheese. Take the salmon roe and blend it with the seasonings and cream cheese. Chill and serve with a simple cracker like a Salteen or maybe a Wheat Thin.

Hope you enjoy this sometime! It's really good!

Best regards, Tom, The Gourmand's Gourmet!!!
