No, It's really simpler than that. You're just misinformed.

If Bush or Thomas lied while under oath, they too could be subject to prosecution. But they didn't.

Starr's secret grand jury proceedings are IN FACT being investigated for leaks, just as those trying to put pressure on Hyde should be.

Your partisanship has no bounds.
