If the 10-sb is not filed on EDGAR by the day of the NY conf. I have a large problem with that. I'm saying I still think it will happen, and that my gripes will be moot. But, purely speculating, if DGIV is cannot follow thru on this electronie filing, whatever problems with their last minute changes, by Wed. then I they blew their chance at drawing in institutional investors at this conf.

JC set they deadline and I think it's critical for them to follow thru on this. If they don't follow thru, then I will sell part of my position and reevaluate this investment. He's had this day in mind for a month now, I think it is critical for DGIV to have this information for investors to look at at this show. If, for some crazy reason or another this 10-SB is now out on time, heads will roll at DGIV.

Enough negative speculation, I picked up 1000 shares at 1 15/16 this a.m. I still say we will be above 3 by the end of the week.

E'Lane,

{{{{{Good Morning}}}}}

It is my understanding that they do not question filings, 1/4lys, 10SB, until "after" the company requests Naz listing. Until then it is just a public statement about the company and the SEC is just a clearing house to keep that info. Could be wrong, but don't think so..
