Clarifications My feeling on Digitcom's recent PR clarifications is that it is a good thing to have clarifications. It keeps you out of trouble. The SEC is Extremely picky and when a company applies for anything their information is looked over very carefully. Digitcom wants to make sure that all bases are covered. Anybody can put out a press release. It takes smart companies to make sure that everything is accurate from a legal standpoint - especially if you're dealing with the US government.
