Considering what you've said, there may be a lot of DOWN pressure on FTEL until May. Is that correct? At the same time, providing there are no more convertibles put in to place, June could begin a very solid rise in price, [if not before]. Would you agree?

Maybe I'm missing something here... I looked at Valuespec's link to FTEL's financials and I read this:

"and 2,000,000 shares are issuable upon conversion of shares
of the Company's Series C Preferred Stock held by certain Selling Shareholders (the "Convertible Preferred Stock)"

Now doesn't that mean a total of 2 million shares can come from these Series C conversions?..

If so, what exactly is the big hoopla about 2 million more shares?

ValueSpec A question on your talk of the Series C stock. What stocks
other then JBOH and FTEL have you seen cut this kind of deal? I think
that if we shareholders saw some other examples of Series C financing,
we could gain a better understanding of what you already know.
Thanks!
