In a conversation today with Norm Santucci of Alexander, Westcott, I asked him how the limited partnership was coming along. He said the limited partnership really wasn't selling well. He attributed this poor reception to the Bibiyan lawsuit which is now in the pleading stage. Mr. Golan signed something at one time stating that he would not work for another film company until Nov., 2002. Parenthetically, Jeffrey Volk has said that the company's position is that the lawsuit is without merit. Mr. Santucci pointed out that the limited partnership actually owns the movies and all the rights to the movies. He doesn't feel that the Bibiyans could successfully sue and affect the movies themselves. Whether or not they could get money out of Mr. Golan is unknown. The first two movies, "Speedway" and "Delta Force," are completed. These two movies were financed by the pre-sale agreements announced at the Cannes Film Festival. Mr. Santucci mentioned the upcoming film festival in Milan and said they are talking to Warner Brothers. According to Mr. Santucci, if these first two films are successful, a limited partnership wouldn't be needed. Mr. Santucci also said that there was a lot of shorting of the stock going on due to the lawsuit. He said he was only buying, he hadn't done any selling, and certainly wasn't shorting. He felt 1st Miracle was a buy at $.14 and is a tremendous buy at current prices. When he said, "I am only buying," I took that to mean he was only buying on behalf of his clients. The above is a summary of a phone conversation that took place earlier today. What follows is my opinion. Mr. Santucci seemed very honest and open. He volunteered information which is corroborated (I learned that word in the Starr report) by events which have been discussed on the thread. This would explain why G/G have decided to go to the Milan festival whereas previously we thought they were going to the Sundance. This would also explain why we haven't heard about more movies being started and why the stock price is tanking. Mr. Santucci has given us many things to think about. And if it wasn't so late in the day (and week), I could probably think of some of them. Comments? Regards, Suzanne
