Suzanne: Mr. Santucci also said that there was a lot of shorting of the stock going on due to the lawsuit. I don't know any Brokerages that will margin stocks below $5.00! That means you can't short stocks after the share price falls below $5.00 per share! I find it disingenuous to blame low stock prices on shorts for a BB stock. What evidence do you or anyone else have that verifies that this stock is being shorted! Regards, LG

The law suit is effecting the stock price...to claim otherwise, is to bury your head in the sand and ignore the facts. The limited partnership isn't selling for the same reason. Everything is teetering on what might happen with the law suit. We need to hear a definitive answer on that, before the partnerships or this stock can move ahead. JMHO I have always said Jeffrey Volk was less informed then folks on this thread...I stand by that conclusion now :)) G&G can make movies that's the sad part.....all this legal BS is interfering with that one fact :(((( Sadly LT :((

FYI, to all: Jonathan T-Thomas is set to appear on "The Howie Mandel" show on Monday. I imagine the main topic will be his departure from "Home Improvement" (his final episode on that show airs on Tuesday) -- but with luck, maybe he'll also squeeze in a mention of "Speedway Junkie"... Vagabond
