Oh, OK. So it's ok to lie about sex under oath. There must be a whole variety of other topics that are fair game then as well, right?

Sued on a promissory note? Lie under oath that you didn't sign it.

Sued by your bank for not making payments on a loan? You made the payment and they just didn't credit it.
