when the dtc lifts freeze rico this will be like running with the
bulls!

It seems that when--and if--that happens, the unfortunate Rico will be waiting for the company to issue him shares.

Tweedle Valdez, in your response to Tweedle Staris you say:

rico, yes transfer agent was fired for assisting in the transfer of 4.480,000 shares of invalid stock. they shows us how the attempt to cover has failed. now all that is left is the injunction tommorow.

If the TA was fired for assisting in the transfer, then that would imply such a transfer took place would it not?

This is very very dangerous territory, be very very careful.

The SEC is also
seeking in this lawsuit preliminary and permanent injunctions
from future violations of Sections 5(a), 5(c) and 17(a) of the
Securities Act of 1933 ("Securities Act"), and Sections 10(b) and
15(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act") and
Rule 10b-5 thereunder, disgorgement of ill-gotten profits and
money penalties

You have posted that the SEC is also seeking in this lawsuit...
who told you this?

This has now become very dangerous.

The previously mentioned search
( sec.gov )
of the SEC web site still isn't showing anything related to an enforcement action mentioning Amazon Natural Treasures. How very odd. As I mentioned before, the SEC is usually very prompt at posting word of their enforcement actions on their web site. For example, the one below describes the filing of a civil action initiated yesterday that was posted either yesterday or today on the web site.

Could the SEC filing you cited be lost? Perhaps you should give the SEC a call and ask them to post the enforcement action you mentioned. I'm sure they'd love to hear from you. Just mention that you're a friend of AZNT.
