Garvin, that's standard stuff that always appears in the quarterly & annual reports. It's to cover themselves against possible legal action should something unforeseen occur and is not meant to imply any potential problems so quit reading stuff into it. Do you honestly think the distributors would quit selling them components? Matter of fact do you honestly think that the LU modem chipsets are the only ones that could be used for the line connection portion of the product?
