Raptor: I don't think they are allowed to buy/sell the stock right after issuing an 'opinion' whether it is on the positive or negative,however I do think there is nothing holding them back to sell a few weeks prior to the issuance of the 'opinion'.Don't quote me on this but I think if I am not accurate I am very close.Anyway the 'game' certainly is not played on a level playing field.Anyway I don't know why I am even here on the thread I don't own any PSFT,I guess I leave you all alone.
