Elio,

ANY estimates I make are ONLY estimates. I have NO basis for those estimates.

First, please understand the difference between authorized, issued and float.

Authorized is the total number of shares that it is POSSIBLE for the company to issue.
Restricted are shares that cannot be sold until a point in time in the future. I believe shares issued at the time the company went public are restricted for 2 years.
Float = Authorized shares - Restricted shares.

IF (this is a BIG if) there were ONLY 20 million (total shares) at the time of the RS (reverse split) and Mikey and Jack own over 51% of the stock, then there were less than 10 million shares in the FLOAT at the time of the RS. So that's under 1 million shares in the FLOAT AFTER the RS.

I don't believe that. So my estimates are comfortably higher. Some shares were issued in the acquisitions but they are stated to be ALL restricted.

I've got to go now.

Comments and additions from anyone??

later, leroyt
