This is my first time to comment on this thread although I have been lurking for months.
The New Mexico corporation commission can be reached at 505-827-4084. I called and inquired about BNEZ's status. I was told that authorized shares were increased from 100,000 to 20,000,000 10-25-96. I was further told that authorized shares were increased to 35,000,000 11/20/97. I was further told that on 6/4/98 preferred shares were deleted as a class and all shares were made common, i.e. there was an elimination of preferred shares and the only shares in BNEZ became at the time of that amendment (to the articles of incorporation, I suppose) common. The ID for BNEZ with the NM Corporation Commission is, FYI, 1751072.
Long on BNEZ.

Leyroyt......

The float is not the authorized shares-the restricted shares. The float is the outstanding shares-insider held shares and restricted shares.

For example company XYZ is allowed to issue 50,000,000 shares. This is their authorized shares. At this time they have 25,000,000 million shares issued. This is the outstanding shares which includes insider held, restricted and the float.

The float on XYZ company is 10,000,000 shares. These are the shares that are tradeable. Management and other insiders hold the other 15,000,000 that make up the outstanding 25,000,000 shares.

leroyt: The last time I visited the office I was told that there was a 506 offering that the principals participated in as well as some of the original investors in the company. But a 506 can only issued 144 stock. At past levels we may be talking a ton of 144 stock, but its all frozen for a year, and even then it can be sold only according to a formula equal to a small % of monthly volume or 1% of the outstanding shares per month. But principals have to register sales. Period. No discussion. So we may have a large issued number but still have a small float.
