lakers,

thanks for the clarification. I have asked MANY people and brokers about this information but the answers have never been clear.

Let me restate what I understand you have said:

FLOAT = freely traded shares
RESTRICTED = stock that is restricted to a certain date
INSIDER HELD = float held by management and other insiders.

What I think is confusing is that some stock held by insiders may be restricted and some may not be restricted. BUT, as I understand, insiders must file to either buy or sell stock. Particularly interesting is the sell.

IN THIS CASE, the equation gets more complicated. Jack has stated that the shares issued to the two companies that were purchased were restricted. They are not owned by insiders but are still restricted and therefore are not held by insiders. Here my equation: (please correct me if I am wrong):

Oustanding shares = Pulic Float + [Restricted shares NOT held by insiders + Insider Held (restricted) + Insider Held (not restricted)]

ANY COMMENTS??

Very interesting that we now know that the authorized shares is 35 million.

Therefore, Let's assume there were 17.5 million shares in the float before the split. At 12:1, the final float (if no new shares have been added to the float) would be just under 1.5 million shares.

Interesting, very interesting.

later, leroyt

Well if that don't beat all?!?

So why don't you sell your usxp and get out of the kitchen?
