Good morning Gentleman and ladies, I just back from the POST OFFICE and man what a line they had there. They have a new computer system and it took forever. Anyway, glad to see that our thread is getting back to normal, I hope we all begin to understand what happened this week and we should expect more of it as the company releases more news. I just can't wait till we get some juicy sales figures and margin estimates. That is going to start the party off big time. Jud, it's a lot to comment about your post, so I will do it little by little. Authorized preferred stocks were 4.000.000 and 1.000.000 issued and outstanding as September 31st, 1997 (by Company Press Release of 12/31/97). Is your theory of conversion before June 19 or after? If it was before June 19, it means the RS applies here, but if your theory is after June 19, then it means they got 4.000.000 "new shares". So, before or after June 19? WAIT A MINUTE I JUST READ YOUR POST AGAIN. YOU SAID THEY CONVERTED ON 6/04/97 that means the reverse split also included those 4.000.000 shares. :} Thanks, Elio
