Wild Willie, are you speaking technically because you feel the stock is oversold? There is no question theres a recession in the enterprise software space.

Like the fact that it was just added to the S&P 500? How convenient that all the firms that have to buy this stock to include in their index funds can now do so at lower prices and greater liquidity!

Notice also that Paychecks was downgraded after it's inclusion in the S&P 500? I'm sure this is just coincidence... :)

Think logically here. PSFT was about 70% owned by institutions and some large percentage by management before this. Now that index funds have to buy like mad, where the heck are they going to get the stock from? It was imperative to cause a 'shock' to increase stock liquidity...

All IMO, but all this certainly smells weird. The 2 stocks newly included in the S&P get blasted with downgrades.
