Jeff: Not yet. I almost took a long position just before the run up from the mid - 60 cent range to the .80 cent level. I suppose that most of the enthusiasm for that move was sponsored by the "independent" analysis. The combination of the major negative psychology currently ruling the investment climate and very really little new information in the report caused me to hold off a while longer. Since reviewing my technical work on ALYA, I am faced with a small dilema in that the chart pattern is one of a stock that's generally under accumulation while the fundemental picture, with the exception of the newly announced distributors, leaves me with very little to hang my hat on with regard to meeting their "sales projection" of 2.5 million, That of course can be done if, as I previously pointed out, you count the value of the sale of the marketing rights as sales.

Although the technology still offers positive potential, I would feel more comfortable if ALYA disclosed how much they received from their "distributor" network as advance payment against future delivery of the showcase installations and if they sold additional shares to raise capital, how many and at what price. This information is certainly not normally concealed nor IMO would it put them at any competitive disadvantage were it properly disclosed. At this point barring any distinct change in the trading pattern, I believe I will wait for release of the next "audited" statement to see if the company has made some truly measurable strides in strengthening their fiscal position.
