ratlong . Both vendors and associated implementation partners

have had years to develop staff. I do not think they can get good qualified people fast enough to meet demand. The types you speak of are not capable of running an implementation project. A $60 worker-bee can help under supervision on a team, but is not going to do the implementations.

I do not think rates will drop until the demand lowers for the expertise which is in short supply. Also, Y2K resources will become a glut in the next year + and what ae they going to do? Some may have a hard time if skills are strictly legacy.
