All: How about this character Sid Kemp. He cancels this offering because shareholders are threatening to sue and then puts out a press release stating that it was a lack of demand for the securities. Can he ever tell the truth? Can he ever do anything that does not damage the shareholders?

Thall, regarding your first two sentences: you are right. Regarding your third sentence: I agree.

I asked for the communications between Naxos and Ledoux to be posted or set forth in a release. I requested that a few months ago. I have been a way for a month, but I assume that my request has not been granted. Am I wrong?

Tim, as a Insurance Guy for years, I heard that D & O is considered one of the Quiet Claims, there is no way that public Certificate would be issue on coverages, even the claims settlements are done in secret by Lawyers. A clause in the policy has this usually stated so that Directors & ( D. & O.)Officers and even Doctors and Lawyers Malpractice will never be a part of public record. Most Insurane guys ( casualty ) know this.
( They < insurance guys helping out with talents> also seem to know how to run a mine and a mining operation, VBG!)
