Roger....it may be legit....but there are 850,000,000 shares out there....It does appear the market is telling us this is a 2 cent stock and even then it may be overpriced. At 2 cents PRWT has a market cap of $170 million....To put that into perspective...there are currently a lot of companies out there with $500 million to $1 billion in revenues that have a smaller market cap than PRWT. I know everybody likes the idea of owning a lot of shares and does not want to see a reverse split....But thats a double-edged sword....I can't see this stock ever getting to $1 unless the Company does something to reduce the number of outstanding shares. Just my opinion.

"...we have triple checked this company out ... It is legit..." May I inquire as to the date of the end of the period for which this company last filed audited financials? Perhaps someone could post an URL to the Edgar filings - as a shortmejicanoCanadianM&M I don't have Edgar bookmarked. On scanning the thread, the first line of one post really jumped out - it said there are eight hundred and fifty million shares out on this one - could that possibly be true? ..... tia ..... cheers
