Correction to your share count - There are 220 million shares in the float and total outstanding shares are 609 million, with the vast majority being restricted shares used for acquisitions.

To put it in a little more perspective, someone could have bought
the entire float of PRWT yesterday for a measly $4.4 million.
Based on the information we do know about the company and the
information we know will be coming out about the company, this
level is obviously extremely undervalued. Projected revenues from
any of the several divisions is in the multi millions of dollars.
Then add all the divisions together with more acquisitions planned.
There is no place for the stock price to go but up.

In the long run, a stock buy back is still a viable solution.

Dont under estimate PAN AMERICAN BANCO'S ability to produce some very impressive revenues with INSIDER TRADING, VIDEO PHONES, MORTGAGES, HEALTH, CONSTRUCTION, ETC., ETC. GM has 654 million shares outstanding and 574 million in its float and has traded as high as $76 per share the last 52 weeks!! IBM has 943 million outstanding shares with 933 million in its float and has been as high as $138 per share with-in the last 52 weeks!! YHOO, (A VERY YOUNG COMPANY AS IS PAN AMERICAN), has 93.7 million shares and 37.4 million in its float and has had a high of $134 during the last 52 weeks. YHOO hasn't even generated any long term impressive profits as yet. PAN AMERICAN BANCO is at **********2 CENTS A SHARE*********!!!!!!! Do the math my friend and I hope you do not miss the train!!! Like my buddy REASON would say!! YEEEEEEHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!
Best Regards

Tom, better check your calculator. Even if there were 850 million
shares, at two cents it would only be a market cap of $17 million.
Insider Trading alone has been projected at $30 - $100 million in revenue per year by the year 2000. PanAmerican Healthcorp is projected to exceed Insider Trading in revenue.
Throw in Realty Money Center, Belize and other Latin American countries, Videophones, Peoples Health Network and other surprises. Get the idea . . .

The actual outstanding shares of 609 million (including a majority that are restricted and can't be traded for year(s)) produces a market cap of a little over $12 million at current valuation. Doesn't that seem a little bit undervalued?
(As in mega mucho undervalued!)

Tom,

Your calculation is off by a factor of 10x. And by the way, a market cap of $170 million is not at all unreasonable for PRWT. A market cap of $17 million is just plain ludicrous. If fact, if there were a take-over offer at .20 I would vote my shares against it.
