Dan, I did not think the addresses were the same, but I thought 27 & Lee Road may have been the same place. Be great to know if the whole 13.5 acres mentioned in the release is part of the deal too. WACC has turned me into a skeptic this year. Also, why would there be two motels with the same name so close together? Just like multiple American Leisure...
