You don't have an url to the Edgars for this prwt paper, do you? Just think - they took the time and trouble to print and distribute 850,000,000 of their 'shares', but they can't find the time or inclination to file with the SEC. Kinda says it all, doesn't it? In regards to your 'what is your agenda' question - purely entertainment. The thought of putting so much as a nickel anywhere near a company that is unwilling to go on record with audited statements repels me. If I could short stuff like this, I would (keeping the technicals of the accumulation/distribution cycles in mind, of course). But while I have asked two of the Canadian houses with which I do business if I could short US BB junk (the other one wouldn't, I know without asking) - they said 'No', they don't want any part of it. Which is actually fine with me - the investment universe spans a wide spectrum, and there's plenty of room over on the reality end where the companies actually report. Thanks for your interest.
