Why would the company put out a news release about negotiations? A little hype to raise the stock price so that shares can be used as payment? I have seen lots of slimy PRs from pennies lately that don't say anything about accomplishments, just conjecture.

This Montana thing by Chip looks like another of Chip's strategy of acquiring property next to someone who's already done some drilling. In this case the other company is Hanover Gold (HVGO), for which I tried to start a thread the other day. Go here

I own some Hanover, as it looks like a junior that could get a substantial pop if gold goes to 350 or so.
