I am too on the LOOK OUT for a mid-day reversal UP . Not predicting
but looking for it similar to 10/08/98.. I see GBX is recovering..

EDIT: IMO INTC will not push the market around like in the past.

Don,

Great post. I agree with you that today is day 2 of your summation. These markets are at a decision point and today and/or tomorrow will tell the story. The only other thing I could add here is that Monday took out last week's highs in some markets, the brokerage group gave outside key reversals, and the advance decline for the NYSE is trying to turn up.

In other words, I agree...let's see what happens today.
