Somebody in Korea shut down. WFR reported a major drop in wafer sales in Korea due to plant shutdowns.

So your assumption is that Samsung is fully converted to the 400 die per wafer variety manufacturing process in all their fabs? I find this assumption very hard to believe, as it would require a hugely significant investment in capital equipment to have upgraded from their 200 die per wafer processes. Or put more simply, I do not deny that Samsung may have a fab where they can produce 400 die per wafer, but I know they cannot do this with all their fabs because it would have required significant cash to upgrade their older facilities.

You cannot have it both ways. That is, they cannot be the supplier who has been producing it the longest, and the supplier that is fully converted to all the leading edge processes without spending tons of cash. And I think we can all agree that they have very little cash, so I would suspect that they cannot be fully converted.
